County Show Barn
Will Receive
New Sound System
The San Patricio County Show
Barn will receive a new sound
system in time for the A&H Show
Jan. 23, the Commissioners’ Court
decided Monday.
Larry Baker, Jr., president of the
A&H Show Board, approached the
court requesting the purchase. He
said the present sound system is
very old and expensive to operate.
The show must rent a sound system
each year to supplement the one the
county owns.
The new sound system will cost
$5,189 and will be available for use at
the show barn throughout the year.
