Dear Mr. Kempner:
In reply to your letter of July llregarding damage to
Mrs. Kempner's car, please fill out the attached
accident report and return to us.
Mrs. Kempner's policy provides $50 Deductible
Collision Coverage. Please have a repair bill or es-
timate of the damage mailed to us and we will promptly
forward our check to you for the amount of the
bill in excess of $50.
It appears doubtful that the ownership of the
Cadillac car can be established, however; we
suggest that you let us have the license number
that was obtained and we will determine the name of
the owner of the auto registered under that number.
Perhaps we can locate the owner of the offending car
and assist you in recovering the full amount of your
loss.
