The local concern is now one of
the large independent oil produc-
ers of Texes. It recently purchas-
ed holdings of the J. K Hughes
Developing Company. The Smith
company operates In nearly all of
Texas fields.
The E. L. Smith OH rVw>ps>iy has
extensive holdings in Brown county.
Including its production in the Pry
