all things best. We cannot un-
derstand it all now—God doesn’t
intend that we should, but some
sweet day, we shall know. Our
hearts are sad today! The death
of this pure, sweet woman has
cast a gloom over all, and we
grieve for one we loved so much.
But there is one who can give
comfort and peace when all oth-
ers fail. May Jesus come in His
beautiful way to give help to
those who are so lonely and sad,
and they may be able to say with
uplifted eyes and hearts,“O,God,
Thy will, not mine, be done.”

MRS. GARMANY DEAD
At 2 o'clock Thursday Mrs. W.
H. Garmany died from an ac-

Mrs. Garmany had been ailing
for some time, and several weeks
ago while visiting at Arlington
her case became quite serious.
She recovered in a great meas-
ure from this, however, and her
Sudden death was a surprise and
and shock to her many friends.
The! hour of the funeral could not
be learned last night, as her son,
John Garmany, who is at Ama-
rillo, and other relatives have
been notified and it is not known
when they will arrive.
