Another woman has stepped
forward to accuse former Presi-
dent George H.W. Bush of inap-
propriately touching her.
Roslyn Corrigan told Time
magazine that she was 16 when
Bush grabbed her buttocks as
she posed for a photo with him
in 2003 at a gathering of CIA of-
ficers north of Houston. She at-
tended the event with her moth-
er and father, who was an intelli-
gence analyst.
“My initial action was abso-
lute horror. I was really, really
confused,” she told the maga-
zine. “The first thing I did was
look at my mom and, while he
was still standing there, I didn’t
say anything. What does a teen-
ager say to the ex-president of
the United States? like, ‘Hey
dude, you shouldn’t have
touched me like that?”’
A spokesman for the 41st
president, Jim McGrath, said in
a statement on Monday that
Bush regrets any offensive ac-
tions.

Teen charged with robbery
of resident
A 17-year-old male was ac-
cused of taking part in a robbery
Sunday night after two other
males walked into a Denton res-
ident’s home and held him at
gunpoint, according to a Denton
police arrest affidavit.
Tyrone Levingston was
charged with
aggravated
robbery and
taken to Den-
ton City Jail in
Denton County warrants for
charges including aggravated
assault and a motion to revoke
probation. He also had an out-
standing Denton police warrant
for possession of drug parapher-
nalia.
as two other male suspects en-
tered, he said.
One of them wore a hoodie
while the other wore a T-shirt,
according to the affidavit. The
suspect wearing the hoodie pull-
ed out a black handgun from his
waist, pointed it at the resident
and asked him to sit down, the
document said.
The suspects eventually stole
a quarter of an ounce of mari-
juana and the man’s cellphone,
according to the affidavit. The
victim said they fled in the direc-
tion of the Mack Park Apart-
ments.
Another patrol officer
stopped a man who was later
identified as Levingston.
The resident positively identi-
fied him as the man who knocked
on his door, but the affidavit did
not specify whether Levingston
ever entered man’s home.
cording to authorities.
Jody Gonzalez, Denton Coun-
ty’s emergency management co-
ordinator, said the first firefighters
on the scene determined the blaze
started in the attic.
The home, he said, was built
in 1914 and was a total loss.
The Sanger and Denton fire
departments assisted Kram fire-
fighters.
No one was injured, he said.
