Hew TO CHANGE
YOUR NAME.
When you’re a Texas bank that’s merging
with another Texas bank to form the largest Texan-
run bank in Texas, how do you know what to call
yourself?
After all, the name Texas American Bridge Bank
doesn’t mean that much to Deposit Guaranty Bank
customers, and Deposit Guaranty doesn’t mean that
much to the Texas American folks.
So what do you do?
You think up a new name. One without any
Federals, or Nationals, or firsts, seconds, or thirds
in it.

One that stands tor what your hank really is.
And means something not only to the Texas
American and Deposit Guaranty customers, but
all the new customers we hope to attract.
That’s why we’ve selected the name Team Bank.
To represent the team of Ron Steinhart and Terry
Kelley, the two Texans who founded the bank.
To stand for the two banks that now form
the team totalling over $5 billion in assets and
$250 million in capital.
And to show the teamwork and team spirit of the
employees of both banks, now working together.
With you.
We think the name kind of sums it up.
Team Bank.
And it won’t take up too milch room on
your checks.
