Dear Mr. Kempner: '
In answer to your letter of February 1, the only
house moving firm we have had any dealings with for the
past several years is
A-1 Demolishing Company
105 So. 71st Street
Houston, Texas
This company is owned by Mr. G. T. Daniel, Telephone
Wentworth 8280. He has moved several houses for us during
the past 5 years and our dealings with him were very satis-
factory. We are sure he will be interested in a job in
Galveston.
The Olshan Demolishing Company, 2600 Canal, Houston,
Telephone Blackstone 5551, enjoys a very good reputation
but we have had no actual experience with this concern.
Yours very truly,
Thos.L. James.
