The earth's course about the sun determines the seasons of the
year and results in winter months having shelter days a> d longer
nights than do summer months. The logical consequence is that MORE
ELECTRICITY is used for ligh'mg, radio, and other purposes in winter,
and winter electric bills are naturally hi jher, without any extravagant
use being indicated. Scientists of Yale University and the National
Research Council fix the age of the earth at three billion <3,000 million1
years. Dr. Albert Einstein insists, however, that the earth is ten billion
