75008 - Paris, FRANCE (hereinafter call SEAR), and THANKS GIVING SQUARE CHAPEL
3141 One Main Place; Dallas, Texas 75250 U.S.A. (hereinafter call the Cus-
tomer.)
The two parties agree together as follows:
1. SEAR agrees to deliver to the Customer all the necessary panels
for the snail-shell like chapel plus the top cupola, estimated
in this contract at 800 sq. ft. to be corrected to the exact sur-
face when the templates will be furnished and the studios of
G. and J. Loire will be able to take exact measurements.
Those panels will be original works of art, signed individually
by Gabriel Loire.
They will be of thick sculptured glass 7/8 " set in epoxy-resin,
sanded on the inside, designed and created by Gabriel Loire of
Chartres, France.
All as will be shown in watercolors, which will be submitted by
SEAR and approved by THANKS GIVING SQUARE FOUNDATION and/or by
their architect.
2. Under the formal following conditions:
A. Watercolors agreed upon,
B. Deposit of one-third paid,
C. Contract signed,
D. Templates of the exact size of the finished numbered panels
sent to SEAR,

1SEAR agrees to deliver the above panels to the port of entry on
or about five (5) months after receiving the templates, subject
to available transportation and subject to delays caused by stri-
kers, weather or any other conditions overwhich it may have no
control.
3. The Customer agrees to pay to SEAR the total of the exact surface
multiplied by the value of the sq. ft. estimated in August 1975
at $54.00 per sq. ft. : 800 sq. ft. x $54.00 = $43,200.00 and
this for abstract designs only.

of entry (Houston or Galveston) fully insured. This amount does
not include local, State, or Federal taxes which, if they should
