Utah shipped 400 cars of turkeys un-
der federal grading in 1936, accord-
ing to an official report issued this
week. This is more than twice as
many cars shipped the previous year
Only 40 cars were shipped In 1033.
Most of the cars inspected carried 30,--
000 pounds, or more. The quality was
not up to the 1935 standard, which
was exceptionally high. . j
