third or more. Ballard was
convicted and sentenced to a
term of 10 years incarceration
in the Texas Department of

Fannin County District
Attorney Richard Glaser
released a list of people who
entered into plea agreements
with his office during the May
dockets before Judge Laurine
Blake of the 336th District Court
of Fannin County. The following
individuals either entered guilty
pleas and accepted responsibility
for their conduct without further
court action or their cases went
to the second degree felony
offense of burglary of a building.
Crabtree was placed on Deferred
Adjudication Community
Supervision for a period of 5
years and assessed $254 court
costs.
Leonard - pleaded guilty to
the third degree felony offense
of possession of a penalty
group 1 controlled substance
weighing 1-4 grams - enhanced.
Marshall was placed on Deferred
Adjudication Community
Supervision for a period of 10
years, assessed $314 court costs
and $180 restitution. Marshall
was referred to the Fannin
County Drug Court program
of intense but personalized
supervision.
Delmar K. Peterson, 66,
of Bonham - pleaded guilty to
the state jail felony offense of
possession of a penalty group 1
controlled substance weighing
less than 1 gram. Peterson was
convicted and sentenced to a
term of 2 years incarceration
in the Texas Department of
Criminal Justice - State Jail
Division, assessed a $1,500
fine, $329 court costs and $180
restitution. After sentencing
Peterson, the court suspended
his sentence and placed him on
community supervision for a
period of 5 years. Peterson was
referred to the Fannin County
Drug Court program of intense
but personalized supervision.
Monica R. Robinson,
29, of Bells - pleaded guilty
to the second degree felony
offense of burglary of a
habitation. Robinson was placed
on Deferred Adjudication
Community Supervision for a
period of 5 years, assessed a
$750 fine and $319 court costs.
Donn Stewart Simons, 59,
of Leonard - pleaded guilty to
the second degree felony offense
of delivery of a controlled
substance/marijuana to a minor.
Simons was placed on Deferred
Adjudication Community
Supervision for a period of 7
years, assessed a $3,000 fine and
$329 court costs.
Devin Cene Turner, 19, of
Whitewright - pleaded guilty to
the lesser ncluded third degree
felony offense of possession
of a penalty group 1 controlled
substance weighing 1-4 grams.
Turner was placed on Deferred
Adjudication Community
Supervision for a period of 7
years and assessed a $1,500
fine, $309 court costs and $180
restitution. As a condition of
probation, Turner was sent to
SCORE.
Troy Donnell Wortham,
47, of Wolfe City - pleaded
guilty to the third degree
felony offense of possessing a
prohibited substance/item in a
correctional facility - enhanced.
Wortham was convicted and
sentenced to serve a term of 4
years incarceration in the Texas
Department of Criminal Justice
- Institutional Division and
assessed $254 court costs.
Donald Ray Youngman, 28,
of Celeste - pleaded guilty to
the state jail felony offense of
forgery of a financial instrument
- enhanced. Youngman was
convicted and sentenced to serve
a term of 4 years incarceration
in the Texas Department of
Criminal Justice - Institutional
Division and assessed $254 court
costs.

Hernandez was convicted and

18 months incarceration in the
Texas Department of Criminal
Justice - State Jail Division and
assessed $374 court costs and
$180 restitution.
Christy Marie Hernandez,
42, of Bonham - pleaded guilty
to three third degree felony
offenses of bail jumping and
failure to appear on a felony.
Hernandez was convicted and
sentenced to serve a term of
three years incarceration in the
Texas Department of Criminal
Justice - Institutional Division
and assessed $304 court costs in
each case. All cases for Christy
Marie Hernandez shall run
concurrently.
Kevin Hollomon, 36, of
Carrollton - pleaded guilty
to the third degree felony
offense of DWI third or more.
Hollomon was convicted and
sentenced to serve a term of 3
years incarceration in the Texas
Department of Criminal Justice
- Institutional Division and
assessed $429 court costs and
$100 restitution.
Anthony James Hudson,
29, of Bonham - pleaded
guilty to two second degree
felony offenses of burglary
of a habitation-enhanced.
Hudson was convicted and
sentenced to serve a term of
10 years incarceration in the
Texas Department of Criminal
Justice - Institutional Division
and assessed $638 court costs
and $1,165 restitution. Both
sentences for Anthony James
Hudson shall run concurrently.
David Wayne Kizer, Jr.,
26, of Ravenna - pleaded true
to the allegations contained in
the State's Motion Revoking
Community Supervision. Kizer
was convicted and sentenced
to serve a term of 18 months
incarceration in the Texas
Department of Criminal Justice -
State Jail Division and assessed a
$2,000 fine and $264 court costs
for the state jail felony offense of
theft of property valued between
$1500-$20,000 committed on or
about March 24, 2012.
Zachary Caleb Lorance,
26, of Ector - pleaded guilty to
the third degree felony offense
of tampering or fabricating
physical evidence. Lorance was
placed on Deferred Adjudication
Community Supervision for a
period of 3 years, assessed a
$300 fine and $314 court costs.
As a condition of probation,
Lorance was sent to SAFPF.
Lorenza Marshall, 44, of
Criminal Justice - Institutional
Division, assessed a $1,500
fine, $309 court costs and $100
restitution. After sentencing
Ballard, the court suspended
his sentence and placed him on
community supervision for a
period of 8 years. As a condition
of probation, Ballard was sent to
SAFPF.
SAFPF (Substance Abuse
Felony Punishment Facility) is
an intensive 6-9 month program
in a SAFPF Unit for offenders
who are sentenced by the judge
who are chemically dependent
as shown by an accepted
substance abuse screening
instrument. Offenders who
successfully complete the unit
program must transition to an
approved Texas Department
of Criminal Justice residential
facility, or, if they have a good
home plan, they are released to
the 4C program. From there,
they start a supportive outpatient
program that is approved by
TDCJ.
Jeffery Lynn Boughton, 33,
of Cooper - pleaded guilty to the
third degree felony offense of
unlawful possession of a firearm
by a felon. Boughton was
convicted and sentenced to serve
a term of 4 years incarceration
in the Texas Department of
Criminal Justice - Institutional
Division and assessed $254
court costs.

Bonham - pleaded guilty to the
lesser included second degree
felony offense of possession
of a penalty group 1 controlled
substance weighing 4-200
grams. Clark was convicted and
sentenced to serve a term of 7

effort that could make processes
more efficient, reduce regulatory
burden, and make effective use
of taxpayer funds.

its impact on underage drinking,
and regulations in other
states that have appropriately
addressed the various mpacts of
