Bid packets may be picked up at the City of Leonard City Hall, 111 West
Collin St., Leonard, Texas between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
Monday through Friday. Prospective bidders may submit multiple bids,
however, each bid packet submitted may contain a bid for only one (1)
property. Any bid packet containing more than one bid for the same property
or a bid for more than one property will be automatically disqualified from
consideration.
Completed bid packets are to be submitted in person to the City
Administrator at the City of Leonard City Hall, 111 West Collin, Leonard,
Texas or via mail to City Administrator, Tax Property Sale, PO Box 1270,
Leonard, Texas 75452.
The deadline for receipt of qualified bid packets is Friday, March 1, 2019 at
4:30 p.m. Any packet received after that date and time will automatically be
disqualified from consideration.
Pursuant to Resolution No. 02092019, the City Council of the City of Leonard
hereby announces its intent to receive sealed bids on real property owned by
the City of Leonard located within the City of Leonard City Limits.
The following three (3) properties are subject to the terms and conditions
outlined in the bid packets, Resolution No. 02092019, and any other term or
condition as may be imposed by the City Council of the City of Leonard:
