opportunity to volunteers and
professionals in Fannin County.
The Overview of Bridges
Out of Poverty workshop
covers the strategies for
professionals and communities
to help improve the lives
of people in poverty and,
by extension, help make
sustainable communities in
which everyone can do well. It
will be a lively, interactive day
that lays out the philosophy,
approach and framework to do
just that.
Participants will learn to
use the knowledge of people
in poverty to build an accurate
mental model of poverty,
study poverty research to
build prosperous and healthy
communities, understand
and apply theories of change,
