Trimble’s license as a Profes-
sional Engineer in November,
1961, based on sworn charges

ing Trimble had offered a
, bribe of $15,000 in . seeking a
contract with the city. Trimble
subsequently engaged in a
long series of legal appeals,
retaining his license in thg. in-
