The Elkettes coached by Miss
Joan Ferrell remained undefeat*
ed in last weeks games by de-
feating the Midlothian girls 38
to 36 and the Mansfield girls
37 to 32. In the Midlothian
game, Betty Green had 18

To Mansfield
The Burleson Elks journeyed
to Mansfield last Tuesday night
preceding the Elk Tourney ty
play the Mansfield Tigers.
There were 3 games played with
the 9th, Junior Varsity^ and
Varsity boys playing*.
In the Varsity game, the Elks
were defeated in overtune 58
to 55 with the Elks Jimmy
'Swan getting 11 points and
Mickey Brownlow getting 10
pointa. The Junior Varsity de-
feated the tigers 55 to 34 with, Key Mobil Station
high point men being John Ir- j Redbud Blue Birds
vine\and Hank Hoaldridge with
14 each. The Elks Alan Magee
lead in rebounding. The Fresh-
men were defested 26 to 11 in
the first game of the night
