To date, engineers estimates for major
projects in Ingleside in 1983 have been
higher than contractors' bids Latest is

Consideration of a special use permit
allowing Joe Dreis to keep his mobile
home on Avenue A headlined the agenda
for Tuesday’s regular Ingleside City
Council meeting
After assurances in writing that Dreis
reside in the trailer, continue to own the
property, and construct a front screened
porch across the front of the trailer,
council granted a special use permit as
long as he lives
In discussion of the situation, Dreis al-
so offered any easements necessary to
clear a drainage problem for several pro-
perty owners along Avenue A
On Feb 7 the city’s planning and zon
ing commission approved the plans that
were okayed Tuesday night
In other action, city council:

sanitary improvement ordinances for
Buckeye Drive;
• Heard second reading for an ordinance
amending the water and sewer pro-rata
