"Growth 1* a result of at-
titude. You are an intelligent
being. God has given you an
inquiring mind. Unless you
stimulate your mind you be-
come stale and uninterest-
ing,” Miss Hunt related.
“Everyone is ignorant - on-
ly about different things. But
whatever we do - we should
do it well”. Miss Hunt urged.
“Intellectual and emotion-
al growth is rewarding, but it
also has its by products",
which Miss Hunt enumerated,
"confidence, self respect,
world-fascinating and you -
more interesting”.
Miss Hunt declared, “It is
easy to dodge responsibilities
but we cannot dodge the con-
sequences of dodging our res-
ponsibilities.”
"Hundreds of thousands of
years ago God created the
earth, it tells us in the book
of Genesis He looked upon
it and said that it was good.
Then he created man and
looked at him and said, ’This
is pretty good, but I believe
I can do better’, then he cre-
ated woman. The creator did
put something extra in wo-
man - a sensitivity,” Miss
Hunt related and enumerated
several of these sensitivities.
"God never made a nobody,
people are ideas in action”
Miss Hunt declared and
urged, "Aim high - it is easier
to come down than to go up.
First you must be inspired.
Not all young women want to
be. Some desire to be pitied.
But most people deep down
inside their hearts want to be

size figures at Black Hills.
When asked how he could do
it on such a gigantic scale he
replied. “It is simple. I only
chipped away the pieces I
didn’t need. The statue was
there all the time."
"We are diamonds in the

the rough edges. Be faithful
