Students from fifty-seven Texas
cities have enrolled in the college de-
partment for the coming school year, -
according to information received
from the Registrar’s office. Besides
Texas, eleven other States and one
foreign country, Mexico, are repre-
sented. The States are Indiana, Illi-
nois, New York, Ohio, Oklahoma, Cal-
ifornia, Arizona, Arkansas, Michigan,
and Louisiana.
San Antonio leads the Texas cities
with nine enrolled. Houston, Austin,
and El Paso follow with eight stu-
dents each.
Other Texas cities represented by
one or more students are: Amarillo, I _
Abilene, Caldwell, Canadian, Childress, ’
Corsicana, Cuero, Cat Springs, Dal-
las, Denison, Dunlap, Eastland, El
Campo, Fort Worth, Floresville, Fred-
ericksburg, Galveston, Harper, Hal-
lettsville, Henrietta, Inez, Kerrville,
La Feria, Liberty, Lockhart, Long-
view, Laredo, McAllen, Memphis, Me-
gargel, Marshall, Menard, Port Ar-
thur, Post, Pbth, Quanah, Refugio, Rio
Grande City, Rowena, Sour Lake, San
Diego, Taft, Taylor, Temple, Texar-
kana, Texas City, Tyler, Waco, Wei-
mar, Westphalia, Woodsboro, Victo-
ria, and Yorktown.
