For her Mitzvah Project, Kayla performed several violin
concerts with her quartet, Amici Musicales, at Seven Acres, The
Hampton, The Methodist Hospital and Westminster House at
Kingwood Village Estates. Kayla is donating ten percent of her
monetary gifts to BYDS. Kayla is very excited to share her week-
end with her lifelong friend, Matthew Leightman.

Matthew Ryan Leightman is the
son of Alissa and Michael Leight-
man and older brother of Adam.
Matthew’s proud grandparents are
Sue and Fred Teller and Dan and
Evelyn Leightman and proud great-
grandmothers are Trudy Shakno and
Bertha Lutz. Matthew graduated
from the Beth Yeshurun Day School
and now attends The Emery/Weiner School. He enjoys reading,
guitar and playing baseball, soccer, basketball and golf.
For his Mitzvah Project, Matthew volunteered with West Uni-
versity Little League in their Challenger Division. As a buddy, he
helped mentally and physically challenged athletes enjoy playing
baseball. He will also donate ten percent of his monetary gifts to
the Karen Entman Nomberg Legacy Fund in Birmingham, AL.
Matthew is excited to be sharing his weekend with his lifelong
friend, Kayla Raizner.
Kayla Gabrielle Raizner is the
daughter of Susie and Jeff Raizner
and big sister to Josh and Sari. Kay-
la’s proud grandparents are Maxine
and Joe Kirshenbaum and Dr. Al-
bert and Andi Raizner and great-
grandmothers, Claire Raizner and
Bea Boslow. Kayla graduated from
the Beth Yeshurun Day School and
currently attends The Emery/Weiner School. Kayla’s interests in-
clude playing the violin, dancing (ballet, jazz and modem), read-
ing and hanging out with her friends.

Standard breakfasts and kiddushes are $125 minimum,
Shalashudos are $150. Special meals may be arranged with the
Food Service Department and monthly sponsorships are available.
All sponsorships must be paid in advance. Dates may be reserved
in the order they are received.
