The Skinner Irrigation Co. Troy, Ohio Gertlemnen: On November -, 11950, 1 sent you my Rain Wave lawn sprinkler for repairs. It was returned on November 14, 1950, under your Order No. 10944. I was absent from the city at the time and did not open this package until yesterday when it was the first time that my lawns needed sprinkling. I found that you had returned the Rain Wave equipment but had not returned the roller base which was sent to you at the time. I realize that this is a rather late date to be calling this to your attention; but I kindly ask you whether you can send me the base, otherwise the balance of the sprinkler is of no earthly use to me.
