“Something In Red” women’s brunch nosted by Yoakum Community
Hospital was held on Saturday, Feb. 19. Approximately 71 women
attended this seminar with speakers discussing womens heart health,
mammograms, strength training & fitness, and depression. Featured
speakers for the program were from left: Christie Talbert, Dr. Saundra
Anderson, Kay Torres and Becky Kollaus.

der to determine their flood
risks and make informed
decisions about how they can
protect life and property.
Victoria County officials
and the Federal Emergency
Management Agency (FEMA)
are presenting the prelimi-
nary maps to communities
and unincorporated areas in
order to help leaders and resi-
dents identify known flood
risks and use that informa-
tion to make decisions about
buying flood insurance and
how the community should
move forward with any de-
velopment.
