Despite the gray weather, more
than 500 students and faculty
frolicked at Spring Fling April
1. Below, Charles Michel,
Willie Davis (winner) and
David Watson fume in the
jalapeno-eating contest. At
right, Michel throws the ball
that dumps speech instructor
Debbie Foster, left, in the
dunking booth. Other events
included the egg toss, won by
Mark Anders and Jerry
Deiterman, and tug-of-war,
won by the team of Jeff
Wallace, Scott Delano, Lance
Hooten, Steve Niemtschk,
Kyle Lagow and Russel Sterns.
Tommy Davis and his band
Mystery entertained, and New
York frisbee ace Donnie
Rhodes demonstrated his
talents with Laland Boland of
Austin.
