YOU’LL find electric company stockholders in
almost every walk of life.
Besides the thousands of direct investors, there
are millions more whose interest is indirect bu£ no
less real. Banks and insurance companies put
much of their money . • . your money . . .'into
electric securities. That gives almost every Amer-
ican a stake in the industry.
In a very real sense, the electric companies rep-
resent the savings of the same people they serve.
These people have entrusted their savings to busi-
ness management under public regulation . . .
practical business management that has given the
average American home twice as much electricity
for its money in the last 10 to 15 years . . . and is
producing seven-eighths of the nation's vast sup-
ply of power.
