line of County Commissioners’ Pre-
cinct No. 3 in Precinct No. 2 the
whole distance being approximately

tain lands owned or claimed by you

at the w-est city limits of the city

adjacent to the crossings of the
Missouri Pacific Railway Company
on said Old Military Road and will
then proceed over said highway tc

there proceed to assess any dam-
ages to which you may be entitled
on account of the laying out ol
raid public road and you are hereby

a statement in writing of the dam-
ages If any. claimed by you and
to produce all evidences which you
may desire to offer in relation tc
such damages and do and perform
such other acts a* may b? neces-
sary and lawful In the premises.

by the City of Brownsville up to
[ 10 o’clock A. M August 14tn. 1931
[ for the selection of the city depos-
itory from the first regular meet-
ing in August 1931 to the first
regular meeting in July. 1932. and
thereafter until its successor is
selected. Any banking corporation
association or individual banker.

Brownsville desiring to bid shall
deliver to the city secretary on or
before 10 o'clock A. M. August 14th.

rate per cent upon daily balances
that such bidder offers to pay to
the city for the privilege of being
made the depository of the funds o!

proposals shall also state the lowest
rate of interest to be charged on
money borrowed by the city and
any other privilege that the bidder
may desire to offer in the event he
is selected as city depository.
The successful bidder will be re-
quired to furnish a surety com-
pany bond in the amount of $75.-
000 00 in an approved surety com-
pany authorized to do business in
the State of Texas and in addition
thereto and cumulative therewith
shall furnish a personal surety bond
in the sum of $150 000.00.
