“They really add a lot to the
band”, was a comment heard all
over the stadium after the first
half-time appearance of “The
Flames”, the P.H.S. six mem-
ber flag corp.
Dressed in their orange and
black Scottish plaid vests and
orange pleated skirts, the Fla-
mes add an extra dash of beauty
and color to the marching band
whether merely marching with
their banners or doing a fea-
tured routine at the half-time
show.
When asked his plans for the
student body he replys, “We
are having a new water fountain
put in the sophomore hall to
replace the old one and I also
plan to have better and more
worthwhile assemblies.” He
also says that he is doing the
best he can and students keep
helping the way they have been,
this will be a great year.
