I realize these clauses are rather complicated
but, after all, life is pretty complicated itself and we
cannot deal with it in a very simple manner.
This power to sprinkle the income around must
be in thehands of a trustee and not of any of the bene-
ficiaries. Therefore, I think that you would probably
want your Bank to be the Trustee of all of these trusts.
I believe if you will study the enclosed will
and these drafts I have prepared, it will be much easier
to draw up a trust agreement for Miss Gladys.
