It all started with a plate given to
Laverne Creamer by a niece who
was in Germany. This collector's
plate started a hobby and a collec-
tion which has grown into 150 plates.
Collecting plates has been a
hobby of Laverne's for 39 years.
Laverne has gotten many plates
from her and her husband's trips
and travels, but friends and rela-
tives have also given her many.
Laverne's collection features a
variety of colors, shapes and sizes.
She dispalys her plates in her
kitchen and living room. The col-
lection features plates from all 50
states, over 11 foreign countries,
plates bearing the pictures of former
U. S. Presidents, plates with scenes
from the movies, Gone With The
Wind and The Sound Of Music.

left on the clock to propell the Drag-
ons into the championship bracket.

McGruder led the way as they scored
22 and 20 points a piece. McGruder
also pulled down 15 rebounds fol-
lowed by Wayne Lisenbee with eight.
