T-CAB planning fifth Spring Fest
On Monday, April 9th, T-CAB will be
presenting the 5th annual Springiest to
take place on the south lawn of the
Tarleton Student Center (across from
Eckerds). One of the events slated dur-
ing the Springfest will be the annual
Student Talent Show which will begin at
7 p.m. that night. Any student who
wishes to participate is welcome to do
so. This year's awards will be: $150 for
first place, $100 for second place and
$50 for third place. Entry forms are
now available in the main office of the
Student Center from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Monday through Friday. The deadline
for applications will be Wednesday,
April 4 at 4 p.m. For more information
call 968-9838 or 968-9256 or come by the
T-CAB office between 2 and 4 p.m. Mon-
day through Friday.
T-CAB will also be taking applica-
tions for the positions of: President,
V.P. of Programs, V.P. of Activities,
V.P. of Publicity and Secretary-
Treasurer on Thursday, April 12, at
5:15 in Conf. Room "C" of the Student
Center.
The qualifications for all positions re-
quire that the applicant have and main-
tain a 2.0 gpa, be of at least a
sophomore classification, and have
served one full year within the
organization.
For further information call or come
by the T-CAB or main office of the Stu-
dent Center between 2 and 4 p.m. each
weekday. Applications will be available
starting April 2 at 2 p.m. until Tuesday,
April 10 at 4 p.m.
