platform adopted at Waco Satur-
day by the " anti Bailey confer-
ence touching on the question at
issue:
The supreme issue before the
American people is that of the
rightful and efficient regulation
of corporate enterprise, the re-
stritcion of trusts and all other
unlawful combinations a n d
rchmes to throttle the freedom
of trade and commerce. In this
issue is wrapt up the very liber-
ty of the citizen and the happi-
ness and prosperity of all the
people. No man should be on
duty as the servant or represen-
tative of the people in any capa-
city whose vision is blurred or
whose voice is muffled by un-

datory wealth. As said by Mr.
