what he needs. You won't go broke

Big Crowds Expected.
The games with Waco on Monday
and Tuesday are expected to attract
large crowds. The excellent support
which the Austin fans have already
given the team in the exhibition games
with the New York Giant* and Phila-
delphia Athletic* haa encouraged the
management of the Senators consider-
ably, and if it ia continued Auatin will
have a baseball team in the Texas
League which will be aecond to none.
Money talks, and the Auatin Field
Club, owner of the Austin franchise, la
not weighted down with that commod-
ity. Money will get aimoat anything,
real ball players not excepted Leidy
can get the men he needs if he can
get the money, and judging from the
support given the Senators when the
fans knew the local team would.be out-
between the different teams no one
had a clean-cut claim on the State
championship thfa year. It lies be-
tween Varsity and Decatur Baptist
College, who seem. In number of games
won. to bo tied; but by comparative
scores Varsity is in th* load. Poly-

title, but since they were twice de-

While Olsen is somewhat a stranger
in this section of the country, he has
a good record to back him up and he
comoa to Texas for the special purpose
of meeting Brown.
| Brown’s managers made the follow-
ing statement to tho grapplers: "Jor-
dan is by far the best man Brown ever
I met and if Olson can beat him, he will
take Olsen on. If Jordan can beat
Olsen, Brown will give him a return
' match. In short, Brown will meet the

Olsen’s Record.
i Olsen is a big, fine looking athlete,
weighing about 166 pounds. He has
। been wrestling in the East six years
with the best there and he lays claim
