PROMINENT ATTORNEY DEAD.
Knoxville, Tenn., Aug. 2—Tully R.
Cornlck. one of the oldest attorneys of
Knoxville, died here this morning after
a prolonged illness. Mr. Cornlck for-
merly resided in Texas. He was one
of the attorneys In the celebrated
much ability.
He was a Confederate- veteran, be-
ing a captatn, and partielpated in
many of the historical battle of the
war, including the Battle of Gettys-
burg, at which conflict he Was wound-
ed. He was a member of the John B.
Hood Camp and took an active part in ,
the camp. At the national reunion of
confederate veterans held at E-.
