IIWA8 THE LSI DAY Of GRACE
The banquet given to the boys of
the Young Men’s Christian Associa-
tion for best attendance at the boys’
gospel meeting came off last night and
was a grand success. The parlors of
the association were gorgeously ar-
rayed with palms. Plates were laid
for. fourteen.boy% It was a grana
sight to watch the boys partake of
the many good things that lay before
them, for they did not hesitate in
making themselves "at home."
The menu consisted of cold veal,
zaratoga potatoes, tomatoes, olives,
fruit, assorted cakes, ice cream. The
four young ladies who graced the oc-
casion and acted the part of wait-
resses were Misses Marguerite Runge,
Julia Estell, Ruby Caperton and Nola
Weed.. Toasts were delivered by W.
A. Blackburn, Howard McKean and
Secretary Knebel. The occasion will
be one that will long be remembered
In the minds of the boys who were
fortunate enough to be present.
