dalgo County grand jury Wednes-i
day indicted a Roman Catholic
priest, the Rev. John B. Feit. 27,
on a charge of assault with in-
tent to rape.
Dist. Atty. R L. Lattimore
filed a charge naming Father Feit
last week on a complaint signed
by Miss Maria America Guerra.

The district attorney said the
girl told him a man seized her
March 23 as she knelt in prayer
in Sacred Heart Cathode Church
She bit his finger as they strug-
gled. she said, and the man fled ,
Sheriffs officers have been un-
able to find Father Feit. Fred Se-
maan. told Lattimore he was rep-
resenting the priest and would de-i
liver him to authorities in "about
three weeks."

tee member, and committee Coen .

statements about the ’world’s larg-
est uranium mine.’ the ‘world s
richest nickel deposit.’ the ’Pen-
son upgrader’ which somehow
mesmerized low grade ore into a
daily net profit of $86,000, timber

earn a million dollars a year fer-
ever.’ the Dolly O Hotel’ (a pro-
jected resort near Denver, Colo ),
with its underground nuclear re-
actors and golf courses to be dedi-
cated by President Eisenhower, "

A witness told the committee of,
communal living in a Denver
dwelling with 26 persons, inc’ud
ing four families.

cause" which « witness said was
to "get rich and retire early."
The committee cried records
showing eight. arrests of Addison
from 1948 to 1956 on charges rang,
mg from investigation for accost-
ing a female, assault-and battery,
gambling, lottery, defrauding, an
innkeeper, passi n g worthless
checks and auto theft.
