Dear Jerry,
Your favor of the 22nd received with check for $410,
covering semi-annual interest for the six months ending
June 30 on your obligation for $17, 000.
I find that you are entirely correct in your figures.
Seems that in my asking for the situation they made their
calculation from the note itself, on which these two items
mentioned had not been entered. They most assuredly are
entered now, and I thank you for calling my attention thereto.
With love to all the Thomas's
Cordially,
Mr. J. R. Thomas
