County Water. Improvement Dis-
trict No. 1. owner of the proper-
ties, according to Herman Bettis,

Wilkins is now engaged in prelim-
inary work.
Mr. Wilkins operated a truck line
and cafe at Big Spring. He sold
out and moved here to take over
the District Park concession.
