learned the principles that will
enable them to distinguish be-

resolution of support for Ore
City’s bid for the mini—nm-
security facility at the request
of Gaston DeBerry of Ore City.
The prison would employ
200 people drawn from a 20-
mile radius of Ore City,
DeBerry said.

The city of Ore City hopes to and Training Corporation at

economy, DeBerry said.
He said that the company
wanted to build another prison
at Henderson, but was unable
to obtain the tract of land it

fully to get the Texas Depart-
ment of Corrections to build a
prison there three years ago.
If Ore City is chosen, the
