the 21st day of May A. D. 1950, to
Plaintiff's Petition filed in said
court, on the 2nd day of April A.
D, 1950, in the cause, numbered
20,3(11 on the docket of said court
and styled Billyo Fae demons,
Plaintiff, vs. Zeke Clemons, De-
fendant.
A brief statement of the nature
of this suit is ,as follows, to-wit:
Being a suit for divorce as is more
fully shown by Plaintiff's Petition
on file in this suit.
If this citation is not served
within ninety days after the date
of its issuance, it shall be return-
ed unserved.
The officer executing this writ
shall promptly serve the same ac-
cording lo requirements of law,
and the mandates hereof, and
make duo return as the law di-
rects.

New Dentist At
State Hospital
Dr. James C. Stobaugh has ac->
cepted the position as full timo
Dentist at the Rusk State Hospital,
according to Dr. Chas. W. Castner,
superintendent.
Dr. Stobaugh had practiced den-
tistry in Weatherford, Texas for
twenty years, prior to joining the
Rusk State Hospital staff.
I)r. and Mrs. Stobaugh will live,
in the l>octor's home at the Hos-
pital, He assumed his duties Mon-
day.
They have two sons, one a grad-
uate of the University of Texas,
and the other is now attending
the University.
"We are most happy to welcome
Dr. Stobaugh to our staff," said
Dr. Castner. "His services aro
greatly needed, and we can now
begin a regular dental routine for
all patients. In the past we have
been able to take care of the emer-
gency cases only," he added.
"We are very grateful to Dr. G.
£. l/ovelace and Dr. James V.
Fisher for having given one day I
each week to assist with our den-
tal ¡problems. Their services are
greatly appreciated," concluded!

Allison King was running for
re-election, and \vas leading the
ticket when he suffered a heart
attack and died Tuesday. It is be- j
lieved he would have been a win-
ning candidate had fhe lived.

Citizen Dies;
Buried Tuesday
Funeral services for U. S. Ker-
ley, 89, were held at 3 p.m. Tue$-;
day at Grand Saline Methodist
Church.
Rev Walter ious officiated!
with Rev. Ed Barrett assisting.
Burial was in the Small Cemetery
near Edgewood under the direc-
tion of Hartley Funeral Home.
Mr Kerley died at 8 45 a.m.
Monday in Texas and Pacific Hos-
pital at Marshall after a lengthy
illness He was a retired railroad
man and had lived in Grand Sa
line since 1922 He was a member
of the Grand Saline Methodist
