Of Music Clubs Nov. 16th
Mi's. Annie E. Fenner, Sherwood
Studio of Music in Alto, is Coun-
selor of th^Sixth District of the
Junior Federated Music Clubs of
Texas. Mrs. Fenn«¿' has been ae-
tiV? in musical circles for many
ypais, having graduated from the
Chicago University Music Depart-
ment, and is an affiliated teacher
of the Chicago Sherwood Conserv-
atory. The Alto Studio is a branch
of the Chicago School, offering
lessons in accredited theory, pi-
ano, organ, violin and other string
instruments.
The Mozart Junior Music Club
of Alto is to host the third annual
convention of Music Clubs Novem-
ber 16th in the Sherwood Studio.
Registration is to begin at X a.m.

Funeral services for Luther
.Neal Bolls were hold last Thurs-
day afternoon at 1 o'clock in the
'Wallace Funeral Chapel. Rev.
Jewel McClure and Rev. C.mver
Talbert officiated at the final rites.
Burial was in Cedar Hill Ceme-
tery. .
The 81 year old rancher, eatlle-
rtian was found dead Thursday
morning at a pasture East of
Rush. Death was attributed If) a
heart attack. A well known auc-
tioneer, "Major" bolls had lived
in this area some 23 years, liim
infc here from the Rio Gralnle
Valley.
He was born in Nevada County,
Arkansas.
, Suvivors include his wife, Mrs.
Mary A. BolLs of Rusk; three sons.
Carl A. of Edinburg, Clyde N.
of Corpus Christi, and Fred 0.
ot Houston, three' brothers, Char-
•lie of Little Rock, Lillar of Con-
way, Arkansas and Fletcher of
Pine Bluff, Arkansas; two sisters.
Mi's. Gertrude binders of Ft.
Smith and Mrs. Lois Landers of
Pltie Bluff; eight grandchildren
and 12 great grandchildren.
