Canton 4-H Club
Holds Regular
Meeting Monday
The Canton 4-H Cub met Monday
night, at 7:00 p.m. in the Assembly
room of the Courthouse, Canton,
with the president, Joe Todd Ber-
ry, prsiding..
The roll was called by secretary,
Pam Stone.
The Pledge to the American Flag
and the 4-H Club Pledges were re-
cited.
President Berry introduced Ken-
neth Ralph as a new adult leader for
the Canton Club and stated that he
would be working with a group in
safety in the near future.
Mrs. Connie Appleton and Ross
Alsup, assistant extention agents,
gave the program on Records Also,
Johnny Durgin, .David, Kim and
Nancy Mallory, Kathy and William
Boyd, Pam Stone, and Brenda Bums
told of the Awards Program in which
they entered their record books for
judging last year and the ribbons
they received from entering the dif-
ferent acitvities.
After the program the entire group
went to the District Courtroom ‘
where Murray Cox, Farm News
Director, WFAA Radio and TV, was
presennting the slides he made on
his tour to Russia this past year on
Russian agriculture. This was en-
joyed by both members and adults.

William Boyd, Barbara Burnett,
Brenda Bums, Phillip Bums, Carol,
Diane, and Paul Burns, Mike and
Michelle Bums, Chris, Bill and An-
gela Burns, Joe Todd Berry, Trudy
