Park Ranger III position. Position requires a
higVi school graduate or a GED equivalent.
Experience requirement; steam locomotive
repair and maintenance; experience in the
use of hand and power tools. Works as a
member of the general labor pool in all areas
of the railroad's maintenance complex. Ser-
vicing, cleaning, light and heavy mainte-
nance of locomotives, rolling stock, equip-
ment and facilities. Applicant must be willing
to work hours other than 8:00 a.m. to 5:00
p.m. Monday through Friday; Must be willing
to work on weekends. Must be able to
perform physical labor; such a lifting heavy
equipment and tools for maintenance and
repair to rolling stock. Must be willing to work
in inclement weather conditions. Apply at

cated three miles west of Rusk on U.S. Hwy

PUBLIC NOTIFICATION
LEAD/COPPER MONITORING
The City of Rusk failed to collect the
required 20 samples valid lead/copper tap
samples during the June thru September
1994 monitoring period. As a result, the
Texas Natural Resource Conservation Com-
mission (TNRCC) is requiring that all out-
standing samples be collected and submit-
ted for analysis within thirty (30) days.
Lead and Cooper sampling monitors
exposure to lead and copper at interior taps
in "high risk" single or multi-family homes, or
non-residential buildings. This notification is
in compliance with the United State Environ-
mental Protection Agency's (EPA) Regula-
tions for Lead and Copper under the Safe
Drinking Water Act, and serves as a means
of keeping the public informed. If you need

On June 8,1995, Sam Rayburn G&T Elec-
tric Cooperative, Inc. fSRG&T) filed a re-
quest with the Public Utility Commission of
Texas ('Commission") to change its fuel
factor. The new fuel factor would be appli-
cable for wholesale sales made to SRG&T's
member distribution cooperatives, Houston
County Electric Cooperative, Inc., Jasper-
Newton Electric Cooperative, Inc. and Sam
Houston Electric Cooperative, Inc. SRG&T's
member distribution cooperatives serve in
sections of the following Texas counties:
Houston, Leon, Trinity, Anderson, Walker,
Angelina, Cherokee, Madison, Freestone,
Hardin, Liberty, Montgomery, Polk, San
Jacinto, Tyler, Jasper, Newton, Orange and
Sabine. These changes will be subject to
final review by the Commission in the utility's
(i.e., SRG&T's) next reconciliation. SRG&T
proposes to amend its fuel factor by de-
creasing the factor from 17.173 mills/k Wh to
15.709 mills/k Wh. SRG&T has proposed
that the change be made effective July 13,
1995.
SRG&T's request has been docketed at the
Commission as "Docket No. 14305, Petition
of Sam Rayburn G&T Electric Cooperative,
Inc. For Authority to Change Fuel Factor,"
The deadline for interested persons to inter-
vene in this case is July 24,1995.
