This suit is a petition for appointment
of a Receiver to lease the undivided
mineral interest owned in certain lands
referenced hereinbelow by the Defen-
dants who are the persons first named
above and to whom this citation is
directed. The lands made the subject of
this suit are five (5) tracts located in the
J.L. Trimble Survey, A-536, Cherokee
County, Texas, said tracts being 19.542
acres, 19.542 acres, 13.29 acres, 26.056
acres and 23.00 acres. The Defendant
owns a mineral interest under each of
these tracts, which mineral interests is
believed to total 21.9224 net mineral
acres in the five (5) tracts. This suit,
the lands made the subject of this suit
and the mineral interest owned by the
Defendants in these lands are more
particularly set forth in the Petition on
file in this case. The parties to this suit
are Newcastle Resources, LLC, Plaintiff,
and the Defendants set forth above to
whom this citation is directed.
If this Citation is not served within ninety
(90) days after the date of issuance, it
