Meeting Thursday afternoon,
sixteen local people displayed
enthusiasm in regard to the
Sealy Collects

ACS Campaign
Sealy’s house to house
collections in the 1977
American Cancer Society’s
1977 cancer crusade amounted
to more than $1100. Residen-
tial solicitation has ended with
$1187.35 including the east
side. Business collections have
not yet been completed, a
Tuesday morning report indi-
cated.
The splendid response from
the public is appreciated by the
American Cancer Society and
by the many volunteers whose
services are gratifying. It takes
many workers in a united effort
to do a good job, and certainly
the city and area ladies who
worked as volunteers are to be
commended. Much apprecia-
tion is expressed to each of
them.
