The Boys club fell on Scott tooth
, and toenail Tuesday afternoon to
defeat Battery B 16-1 and get
away to a flying start in the Ma-
jor City League.
Only in the second inning did
the big guns of the Boys Club fail
to function but they scored nine
runs in the first stanza which
was plenty anyway.
Collie featured the batting with
two doubles and a triple. This

ball cup races of 1932 will be or-
ganized at a meeting of managers
at this office Sunday afternoon at
1 o'clock.
Any team to enter this circuit
must be represented by its man-
ager, some one delegated by him
or should telephone or write by
the time of the meeting.
. The plan is to have two divis-
ions of the cup race this year, one
for the towns and cities and the
other for the communities.
