WHAT IS THIS NEW TEXAS MOTOR VEHICLE
SAFETY RESPONSIBILITY LAW?
In simplest terms, it declares that a motor vehicle operator who Injure* or kills another
person, or damages his property in excess of $100, must stand prepared to prove hit
