the Grantors herein to Cloy B. Robinson by deed dated the 24th day of December 1935, and
recorded in Book 536, page 43, of the Deed Records of Travis County, Texas, to which

distance of 87.73 feet to an iron stake for a corner; thence westerly at right angles a
distance of 19.03 feet to a point in the west line of said Lot 19 and the east line of Lot
20 for a corner; thence south 17° 10’ W. with the west line of said Lot 19 and the east
