this suit in the form of trespass to try
title for the recovery of the title and the
poseesion of the land, and it aleoalleges
and pleads affirmatively the statute of
limitation of five years, and the stat-
ute of limitation of ten years.
In the becond count of ita petition,
plaintiff alleges that it ia the owner in
fee simple of the above described land
and is in posaeeoion thereof. That the
nature of the claim or claims of defeud-
anta are unknown to plaintiff, and that
plaintiff and those whoee titles and ee-
tates it has have had and held peaceable
and advene pomeession of the above de-
scribed land, cultivating, using and en-
joying the same and paying a!l taxes
thereon, and claiming under deeda duly
registered for more than five years next
after the cause of action of the defend-
ants, any or either of them, if any
cause of action they over had, accrued.
Plaintiff also allegegand pleada affirm-
atively the statute of limitation of ten
years, ami says, that it and those whome
titles and estates it has have had and
held peaceable and adverse posession of
the above described land, cultivating,
I own a complete abstract of all titles in Hamilton
county. During my experience in the loan business I
have worked up most of the land titles in Hamilton
county, and as a result I have accumulated a vast
amount of data and infomation that is on file in my of-
fice and is not of record in the county records and can
not be found outside of my office.
