Roadmaster Brown of Alvord, was
seriously injured last Monday. The
boy was riding on a road scraper
when he fell from the machine. In
falling he was struck by the scraper
and a large gash was cut in his side.

Deputy Sheriff George Gage was in

He was hauling a bull-rake on his
wagon, and when the team became
frightened and ran Mr. Meeks was
cut on the thigh by the rake. He
was brought to town at once for
medical aid, and has since been do-
