We do vulcanizing free when you use Mason and Stronghold tires
guarantee 5000 miles. They cost no more than a 3500-milc tire and
usually give double the mileage. We sell ou weekly monthly or 30-
day accounts for the same price as cash the only requirement being that
you have an auto. Our liberal credit offer should be sufficient assur-
ance that we sell a tire to give satisfactory service.

HARRISON WELL IS
KEEPING UP FLOW
OF 4000 BARRELS
Terrell and Canuth Also
Continue to Maintain
Original Production.
Fort Worth. Tex. May 10.—South-
west of Ranger the Harrison No. 2 of
Gohlson et al. seems to be holding
up remarkably well to its flush pro-
duction of 4000 barrels daily. The pro-
duction is coming from the deep Ranger
>and al from 3450 to 3475 feet. This
well adds another big gusher to the Old-
en district.
The northern part of the Duke fields
iu southern Eastlaud and northern Cow
uiancho County seems to be coming
to the front if reports of recent develop-
ments are to be taken as an indicating
of what might be expected. The C. T w
Terrell well of the Magnolia Petrol-
eum and the Hogg Creek Oil Companies*
has been drilled five feet deeper into
the sand and is making 1800 barrels.
The well was reported flowing 1000
barrels the early part of the week. The
Terrell is a very valuable extension to
the Duke-Knowles producing area.
The Carruth well of the PeerleM Pro-
duction Company which was reported
Thursday as good for 000 barrels has
settled down to about 700 barrels daily
according to a later report. The well is
also showing for a big amount of gas at
2697 feet. •
The Duke extension well offsetting
the Peerless is drilling at around 2665
feet and is showing for between 75 and
100 barrels with a strong gas pres-
sure. A good well is expected in this
well when it reaches the same depth
as the Peerless.
R. L. Latimer field manager in the
Desdemona district for the Royal Duke
Oil Company reports that all the wells
in the northern part of the Duke pool
arc looking good. He will return to tbo
field tonight to superintend the setting
of casing in the Royal Duke Company’s
well near the town of Desdemona.
The Gaines well of the Sinclair Gulf
Oil Comnuny. iu the northern part of
Brown County is still a big question
mark. It has recently been shot with
400 quarts of nitro-glycerine. The well
made two flows following the shot and
then bridged over. Drillers are now busy
cleaning out the hole which may L**®
several days. Those in close touch with
the well expect a small producer.
A shot of 240 quart* of nitro-glycerina
failed to bring much respoMt from tho
K. H. Curry well of the Texas Com-
pany. southwest of Breckinridge io
Stephens County. The Curry has had a
fairly gotd showing of oil for several
weeks but is showing for only between
50 ami 75 barrels following the shot.
This test was looked to °ne that
would furnish s valuable western eitm.
