nations—the United States, Cana-
da, France and Australia-show a
considerable amount of worry and
concern over Russia's present
course in world affairs..
Although one of Russia's lead-
ing historians, Eugene Tarle, this
week declared
that Russia is
not seeking
“world domina-
tion." there is
widespread be-
lief. except in
France, that Rus-
sia more than
any other nation
would like to run I
