Martha Jane Alired in August.
1885. The couple celebrated their
67th wedding anniversary in 1952
She has died since then.
The couple came to Ellis County
from Arkansas in 1900. The Kirbys
moved to Winters in time to cele-
brate Christmas Eve, 1908.
